Main duties and responsibilities:
- Proactively manage key accounts/key prospects to ensure maximum yield in line with budgetary objectives of hotel sales.
- Maintain valid sales call objectives and relevant action plans for each key account/key prospect.
- To prospect and handle any group and events enquiries in cooperation with Events Team.
- Negotiation of new corporate agreements.
- Participate in marketing strategies in support of Director of Sales and Marketing.
- To take personal responsibility for understanding and fulfilling revenue goals (personal and departmental ones).
Requirements:
- At least three year experience in similar position and business
- Fluent in Albanian & English Language
- University Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Related field preferred
- Availability to work with flexible hours as per business
- Organizational & team working skills executed in prior experiences.
- Attentive to details and required standards
