SALES EXECUTIVE

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage key accounts/key prospects to ensure maximum yield in line with budgetary objectives of hotel sales.
  • Maintain valid sales call objectives and relevant action plans for each key account/key prospect.
  • To prospect and handle any group and events enquiries in cooperation with Events Team.
  • Negotiation of new corporate agreements.
  • Participate in marketing strategies in support of Director of Sales and Marketing.
  • To take personal responsibility for understanding and fulfilling revenue goals (personal and departmental ones).

 

Requirements:

  • At least three year experience in similar position and business
  • Fluent in Albanian & English Language
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Related field preferred
  • Availability to work with flexible hours as per business
  • Organizational & team working skills executed in prior experiences.
  • Attentive to details and required standards
